Key Responsibilities:
Assist with case management and document collection (police reports, medical records, etc.)
Organize case materials using CRM technology
Coordinate across departments and with third parties
Prepare demand packages and ensure HIPAA compliance
Manage calls, mail, faxes, and legal documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant
Background in Personal Injury law
Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
