Schedule: Full availability required (Monday to Sunday, 24/7)

Job Description
ULY is a high-volume contact center seeking motivated Dispatchers to join our growing team! As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be one of the first points of contact for customers, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service and coordinating roadside assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service.
Dispatch roadside assistance services by coordinating with our Provider Network, local service stations, and towing companies.
Schedule drivers and trucks for service requests.
Accurately log and transmit service details in real-time.
Represent the company with professionalism and empathy during every interaction.
Requirements
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to work on-site in Medellín.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
