Remuneración: 2.800.000 M
Horario: Availability Monday to friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CT.
Horario: Training de Lunes a Viernes de 08:00am a 5:00pm (primeras 4 a 5 semanas)
Horario: Operaciones puede ser: 7:00am a 4:00pm, 8:00am a 5:00pm, 9:00am a 6:00pm o 10:00am a 7:00pm.
Responsabilities
Respond to a large volume of support calls and emails from our clients in a timely and
professional manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain a high rate of isolved client retention by delivering superior customer service
and addressing client inquiries effectively.
Conduct research and resolve client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
Appropriately escalate complex issues for clients and participants, following our standard
operating procedures.
Participate in customer service training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills,
enabling you to deliver exceptional support.
