As a Guest Communication & Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stays are smooth, memorable, and well-supported — while also helping grow the business through upselling and lead generation.

Role Overview
Guest Communication
-Serve as the primary point of contact for guests through phone, SMS, and internal platforms.
- Assist with check-in and check-out coordination, reservation changes, and time-sensitive requests.
- Log guest issues and follow up using our property management system.
- Deliver prompt, empathetic, and solution-oriented service that reflects our brand values.
Operational & Executive Support
- Support the Business Intelligence Analyst (your direct lead) with task tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Help improve internal communication processes and SOPs across guest experience and operations.
- Draft messages, reminders, and internal updates as needed.
- Monitor and update project timelines, due dates, and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for guest experience enhancements based on feedback and recurring issues.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Promote property upgrades, extended stays, and additional services to guests to increase revenue per booking.
- Assist with lead generation by capturing potential client inquiries and passing them to the sales pipeline.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by sharing guest insights that can inform promotions, upsell strategies, or partnerships
- Meet basic sales performance metrics (conversion rates, upsell success, lead referrals).
Team & Mission Integration
- Participate in collaborative initiatives that align with our guest personalization strategy and broader business goals.
- Share insights from guest interactions that could inform marketing, upsells, or design changes.
- Provide light administrative support and documentation across departments, especially during high-volume periods.
Schedule & Flexibility
-This is a remote part-time position, ideal for individuals with strong communication and sales skills.
We prioritize:
- Evening and weekend availability
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Ability to rotate schedules if needed
