About the Role:
In this position, youll provide expert legal support in the creation, management, and compliance of corporate structures in Colombia. Youll handle everything from company incorporation to corporate governance, ensuring all legal processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
Advise and execute the creation and incorporation of companies in Colombia.
Draft and review bylaws, meeting minutes, statutory reforms, mergers, spin-offs, and liquidations.
Manage procedures with (Cámara de comercio, DIAN y otras entidades)
Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Monitor recurring legal obligations of companies (renewals, ledgers, filings, etc).
Coordinate with accountants and statutory auditors to ensure comprehensive legal compliance.
Stay updated on commercial, corporate, and tax legislation.
What we are looking for
Professional degree in Law (Derecho).
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate and business law.
Proven experience in company incorporation and management at the Chamber of Commerce (Cámara de comercio).
Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, autonomy, and critical thinking.
High attention to detail and organization.
Excellent interpersonal relationships, initiative, and independence.
Advanced English (B2/C1), both spoken and written.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm
Modality: Onsite Medellín, Colombia
