Bilingual Senior Accounting and Finance Analyst
B&B Holding SAS Medellin is searching for a Bilingual Senior Accounting and Financial Analyst with solid experience in auditing, review and analysis of financial statements, account reconciliation, and application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The position requires an analytical person, with a high level of attention to detail, the ability to lead accounting processes and propose improvements, focused on providing accounting support for American companies.
Professional Profile
Professional or final semester student with a degree in Public Accounting, Financial Engineer and similar professions. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions, with a strong focus on auditing and accounting. Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Intermediate English level B2 to C1 (written and conversational). American Visa is a plus (not required for the process).
Experience
Auditing of accounting processes, controls, and procedures.
Review, analysis, and presentation of financial statements.
Bank reconciliations and reconciliation of accounting accounts.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and experience with accounting software.
Ability to lead and coordinate accounting processes, identify inconsistencies, and propose improvements.
High sense of responsibility, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements under IFRS.
Perform and supervise bank reconciliations and reconciliations of accounting accounts.
Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and analysis.
Validate the integrity and accuracy of recorded accounting information.
Coordinate with accounting teams of American companies to ensure compliance with accounting and financial policies.
Prepare financial reports and document accounting procedures.
Propose and implement improvements in accounting and financial processes, including the automation of routine tasks.
Salary: $4,000,000 COPS + meal allowance of $180.000 COPS - indefinite contract
Monday to Friday: 7am to 5pm / 8am to 6pm
