Essential Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Previous experience in the tourism sector (preferred)

Position Conditions
- Base salary: $2,100,000 COP
- 3% sales commission (average additional monthly income: $400,000 COP)

Main Responsibilities
Consulting and Client Advisory
- Interview foreign clients (in English) to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide destination, accommodation, activity, and logistics recommendations
- Offer guidance on travel regulations, vaccination requirements, and documentation
Tailor-Made Itinerary Design
- Design detailed travel routes with schedules and reservations
- Optimize itineraries to enhance experience and reduce costs
- Coordinate cultural experiences, dining events, and special activities
Booking and Logistics Management
- Book flights, hotels, transport, and restaurants
- Negotiate with suppliers and ensure availability of services
Financial Management
- Create detailed travel budgets and control expenditures
- Process payments and ensure financial alignment with the client
Documentation and Formalities
- Verify passports, visas, medical or dietary restrictions
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and payments
Customer Service
- Support clients before, during, and after the trip
- Efficiently manage last-minute changes or emergencies
- Follow up post-trip to gather feedback
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local and international travel regulations
- Stay informed about legal or health updates impacting tourism
Use of Technology
- Operate CRM systems and travel planning software
- Conduct research on travel options, prices, and services online
