Partner Relationship Specialist at BairesDev
The Partner Relationship Specialist supports the relationship with our Senior Advisorspaid referral partners who help generate leads through introductions. The role involves helping them achieve their lead goals through relationship building and process support. Youll help nurture these partnerships and support successful outcomes for both BairesDev and our referral partners.
What Youll Do:
- Support the partner conversion process, from working with potential partners to managing the referral lifecycle.
- Help implement partner account management strategies to improve partnership effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with Senior Advisors to support lead generation.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance partnership outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in Account Management, Business Development, or customer relationship roles.
- Background in sales, business development, or account management.
- Good relationship-building and communication skills.
- Good level of English.
Nice to have:
- Bachelors degree.
- US market experience or familiarity.
