Your mission will be to handle inbound customer calls, provide clear information about our products and services, solve inquiries proactively, and ensure a positive experience for every person who contacts us.
What are we looking for?
-Education: High school diploma, technical or technological degree.
-Language: Advanced English (spoken and written, mandatory).
-Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a call center or customer service role (preferred).

-Availability: On-site position in the south of Cali.
-Main Responsibilities
-Handle inbound calls, resolve questions, and provide support to both new and existing customers.
-Identify the best department or person to transfer calls depending on the customer’s needs.
-Provide clear and complete information about products and services.
-Maintain a cordial, human, and professional tone in every interaction.
-Meet performance indicators: call quality, customer satisfaction, and response times.
-Work collaboratively with the team to achieve established objectives.
What do we offer?
-Training salary: $2,700,000 COP.
-Production salary: $2,900,000 COP + attendance bonus.
-Contract type: Permanent contract, directly with the company.
