Your role at Baxter:
As a Electrnic Data Interchange Analyst, you will beResponsiblefor supporting thedevelopment,testing,andimplementationof EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems. The EDI Analyst will also beresponsiblefor ensuring compliance with industry standards,suchasDSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act), and onboarding new customers
What youll be doing:
Support thedevelopment,testing,andimplementationof new and existing EDI systems
Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to Baxter privacy and security policies.
Troubleshoot EDI issues and create and maintain documentation
Collaborate with IT and business partners on key initiatives
Assist with additional support and implementation work to ensure timelyresolution of requests
Develop and maintain astrongunderstanding of EDI standards,suchas EDI 850, 855, 856, 810, 832, 867, 845, 844, 849, 852, and other related EDI standards
What Youll Bring !
Bachelors degree orequivalent work experience
At least 2-4 years prior work experience in EDI support role with minimum of one (1) year of previous customer service/customer facing experience
Workingknowledge of EDI transactions: 850, 855, 856, 810, 832, 867, 845, 844, 849, and 852
