We’re Hiring: Experienced Intake Specialist for U.S. Law Firm – Advanced English (B2+/C1)

We’re looking for an Intake Specialist to join our team in Cali, Colombia. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them feel heard, supported, and guided—right from the start.
Location: On-site – South Cali, Colombia
Schedule: Full-time (2 days off per week)
Contract: Indefinite term
Includes: Competitive salary + Paid Training + Monthly Bonuses
Your Main Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls from potential clients. - Possibility to move to chats and emails after training.
Ask the right questions to gather important case information and assess eligibility.
Provide empathetic and professional support at all times.
Ensure accurate data entry into our case management system.
Collaborate with legal teams for a smooth client onboarding process.
Follow up with leads to move them through the next steps.
Who We’re Looking For:
English fluency (B2+ or C1) – both spoken and written
At least 6 months of experience in customer service, sales support.
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented under pressure
A kind, patient, and professional approach—especially when dealing with sensitive topics
