Position Title: Oncall Scheduler

Workday: Full Time (FT)
Shift:
MF: from 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM, then again from 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Saturdays and Sundays From 5:30 AM to 1:00 PM (All times in Eastern Standard Time)
Two days off determined by the operation.
Salary: 4.000.000 COP fixed monthly, not variable ...which are divided into a benefit base of $2,600,000 plus a fixed monthly bonus of $1,400,000

The Scheduler plays a key role in ensuring a high-quality in-home care experience by coordinating caregiver-client matches, managing referrals, processing timecards, and supporting office operations. This role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent
