We’re seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to work directly with healthcare providers and clinical staff, ensuring smooth communication, accurate treatment plans, and efficient care delivery.
As a PCC, you will:
\t•\tCollaborate closely with doctors, clinical teams, and administrative personnel.
\t•\tAssist in updating and managing treatment plans as directed by the primary care provider (PCP), ensuring accurate coordination and follow-through
\t•\tConduct interviews with patients and family members to complete accurate assessments.
\t•\tAdvocate for the patient by providing education, guidance, and support throughout their care journey.
\t•\tPrioritize and coordinate treatment activities in line with medical protocols.
Position Requirements:
\t•\tYou must be a physician holding a valid medical degree. Other healthcare roles or non-medical applicants will not be considered.
\t•\tStrong computer literacy and digital fluency.
\t•\tIntermediate to Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is essential.
Job Details:
\t•\tPosition Type: Full-time
\t•\tSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
\t•\tMonthly Salary: COP $4,150,000 + Performance-Based Bonuses
