Solvo Global is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you have excellent English skills (9-10), customer service experience, and are ready to work remotely from Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Medellín, Cali, Armenia, this opportunity is for you!
Position: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messages.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and aim for first interaction resolution.
Track and report on key performance metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and resolution rates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize Zendesk to manage and respond to customer inquiries.
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
Familiarity with customer service metrics like NPS, first interaction resolution, and call handling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
Visa permit is a must, as training will be conducted in the US.
