We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a part of our growing team. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls from patients and medical facilities, initiating the patient lifecycle with a focus on providing a professional and empathetic experience.

- Hours of Operations (HOOP): between ranges 11am -8pm (November to February) and in DST 10am - 7pm ( March to October)
Job Description:
- Collect patient information and schedule routine appointments for diagnostic studies, equipment setups, and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate service information, including scheduling, co-pays, and insurance coverage.
- Manage patient queries over calls or chat, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff, ensuring timely responses and updates.
- Maintain patient records following HIPAA guidelines, entering all appointments and updates in our scheduling system.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, voicemails, and patient follow-ups to ensure appointment attendance and satisfaction.
- Ensure timely processing of patient information, including benefit verification and payment processing.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 6+ months in a BPO or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and internet proficiency
- Prior healthcare experience or knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls professionally
