Research Associate Position
Main Responsibilities:
Contact Healthcare Professionals to collect data.
Conduct and Schedule Research Calls.
Specific Tasks:
Call and Email Healthcare Professionals to invite them to participate in our research.
Schedule Research Calls based on the availability of professionals.
Attend Research Calls when necessary to provide the best service to professionals.
Offer Excellent Customer Experience to all those we communicate with.
Follow Documentation Procedures and track outreach and research activities.
Participate in Quality Assurance Discussions about outreach and research with colleagues and managers.
Support Team Members in various outreach and research processes and projects.
Attend Team and Company Meetings.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm
