Were looking for a dynamic Customer Success Agent to support our franchise network and ensure operational excellence across payment systems, equipment, and customer experience.
Remote 100% | Full-time
International Project Spanish company in the self-service laundry industry
Key Tasks:
Resolve Tier 1 incidents within 24h (platform, connection, peripherals).
Coordinate with external technical services and manage spare parts.
Support smart systems and basic automation setups.
Monitor recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with Operations & Marketing on customer experience.
Assist franchisees with onboarding and support.
Profile:
2+ years in customer support or franchise service.
Strong English (level 89).
Experience in laundry/services sector is a plus.
Familiarity with Freshdesk, IGEST, Nayax.
Excellent communication, autonomy, and multitasking skills.
