Experience Level: Junior (6 months to 1 year of experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
English Required: 8.0 to 9.0
Education Required: BA/BS Degree and professional experience in Accounts Payable
Location: Cali, Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla (all remote)
Workday: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Keep track of all payments and expenditures (purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.)
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Review and code invoices
Maintain historical records
Respond to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
Recommend process improvements for enhanced team performance
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting or related fields (6 months to 1 year)
Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing
Proactive and able to manage tasks independently
Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written
Adaptability to changes
