Location: Bogotá, Barranquilla, Cali, Medellin, (Presencial)
Job description:  The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified leads by engaging with prospects, educating them on FPI Security Services solutions, and booking meetings for the sales team. This role is the first point of contact in the sales process and is critical for driving pipeline growth in new markets.
Responsabilities:  - Research, identify, and prospect new leads through tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce CRM. - Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social touches to engage with decision-makers. - Qualify leads by confirming their needs, timeline, and interest level. - Convert qualified leads into opportunities and set up meetings for the closers. - Maintain accurate records of activities and lead status in Salesforce. - Follow up on inbound leads and respond to inquiries quickly and professionally. - Communicate FPI Security Services value proposition clearly and confidently. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of opportunities.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: - Engage prospects through clear, persuasive, and professional verbal and written communication. - Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Skilled in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and personalized outreach strategies. - Capable of managing multiple tasks, leads, and follow-ups efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
