What will you do? As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish and English), you will play crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
Who are we looking for?
We invite individuals from diverse sectors who meet the following requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent
. Proficiency in English (B2 level) and fluency in Spanish.
Reside in Bogota
Availability to work on-site: Cll 165 45-46
Colombian citizenship or valid work permit.
