Base Salary: $2,700,000 COP

Job Description:
As an Intake Specialist, youll be the first point of contact for clients, providing professional, empathetic, and efficient service. Youll handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and support internal teams while ensuring client privacy and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Principal Duties:
Connect existing clients with their legal teams and provide quick resolutions
Direct calls from insurance adjusters and medical providers to the correct legal staff
Redirect potential new clients to the Intake Department
Secondary Duties:
Collaborate with other departments to support client cases

Hard Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and DocuSign
Able to operate standard office equipment (phones, computers, copier, fax)
B2+/C1 English proficiency (spoken and written)
