Responsabilidades:
Close customers on the phone by effectively communicating the value proposition.
Make minimal outbound calls to potential customers who have inquired about our services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints quickly and professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
