We are looking for an Email Specialist Team Lead to create, validate, and design a strategy for our Email Marketing Campaigns. You will help and guide the customers to get the best results from our campaigns. What You Will Do:
- Analyze and understand the X factor of our clients products or services to develop creative email templates.
- Coordinate and work on the processes of the Email Marketing Specialist team.
- Translate business goals into unique brand and product explanations.
- Create effective and compelling content for our email strategies.
- Create different approaches for constant A/B testing.
- Optimize the performance of email writing via user testing and data validation.
- Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results.
Heres what we are looking for:
- 5+ years of Email Marketing content experience.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B roles.
- Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Marketing Technologies is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with Advanced English level.
