Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of agents to meet performance goals and company objectives.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing guidance and training to enhance team skills and performance.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance metrics to drive improvements.
Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking to resolve issues, ensuring optimal team performance.
Coaching & Evaluation: Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations for team members.
Communication: Foster an open communication culture to promote transparency and trust within the team.
Documentation: Ensure all case details are documented consistently and accurately.
Policy Adherence: Ensure the team follows company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards.
Qualifications
English level: B2+ - C1
1 year of experience as a Team Leader or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
Good level of general knowledge (history, current affairs)
Experience with organizing team members, coaching and performance evaluation.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
