Job Description: You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, upholding the integrity of our proctoring services. Your role involves managing inquiries related to the proctoring process, greeting and verifying the identity of customers, aiding in a remote proctoring video session, and responding to questions, all while adhering to guidelines and standards.
Functions:
Exhibit a strong desire to assist and resolve customer situations.
Uncover the root cause of inquiries by asking in-depth questions to derive the best solution.
Use the provided customer relationship management tool to research inquiries, document customer interactions, and issue replacements.
Handle inbound video-chat customer inquiries and simultaneously update internal computer applications and systems.
Show keenness in acquiring a deep understanding of eMeds operations to enhance service delivery.
Maintain a positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to work every day.
Follow the principles of S.A.I.L - Smile during all interactions, Advocate for our test takers, Initiate immediate action with proficiency in service recovery and Learn from all experiences to improve future actions and workflows.
Uphold the principles of A.P.A.S - Maintain a positive Attitude and welcoming Presentation, ensure clear Pronunciation and Diction, always provide accurate information, and communicate at a Speed suitable for clear understanding by the test-taker.
Familiarize yourself with the regulatory rules, laws, and processes required to support eMeds customers, as provided by eMed.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position (45 hours/work week) 2 days off per week.
Training schedule: Monday to Friday 8am a 6pm for 2 weeks

On Site: Cra. 51B 80-58, Piso 21, Edificio Smart Office Center, Barranquilla

Requirements:
Customer service representative with minimum 2 years of experience
Good multitask skills
Preferable with sales knowledge
