VP of Sales at Connectist

As VP of Sales at Connectist, youll have the unique opportunity to build the companys commercial function from the ground up in a fast-growing environment. Youll own the sales strategy, design scalable processes, and lead the go-to-market execution for some of the most innovative solutions in the market. Connectist helps companies across the globe transform their sales and marketing strategies by giving them access to high-quality contact data for decision-makers. What Youll Do:

- Define and implement the end-to-end sales strategy and go-to-market plan for Connectists data research solutions.
- Build and optimize all sales processes and frameworks (pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, negotiation, closing, etc.).
- Identify and manage commercial KPIs to monitor performance and drive data-based decision making.
- Lead the commercial function from inception to scale in a fast-growing startup environment.

What we are looking for:

- Start-up experience in building commercial functions.
- Solid commercial experience in SaaS, B2B, or B2C companies.
- Experience in sales strategy development and implementation.
- Must be located in LATAM.
- Advanced level of English.
