People Business Partner at BairesDev
We are seeking a People Business Partner to support client-facing Software Engineers in their lifecycle from the onboarding to the checkout process. The People Business Partner will oversee a portfolio of multiple clients spanning a vast territory while keeping the satisfaction levels high and stable. This role is expected to schedule meetings and maintain a high level of connection with people while identifying potential attrition risks promptly within their portfolio, so concrete actions can be taken to address and mitigate each risk. This role combines HR expertise with strategic thinking to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
What Youll Do:
- Schedule and conduct 1:1 meetings with Software Engineers to validate their level of satisfaction with their projects and stakeholders.
- Register each 1:1 in our ERP and tag the potential identified risks to provide visibility to all main stakeholders.
- Upon an attrition risk situation, coordinate and deploy the necessary steps along with the main stakeholders so an action plan can be set in motion to contain and/or mitigate the risks trigger.
- Support Project Managers during the whole lifecycle of talent in the company, from the Onboarding to the Checkout process, to guarantee each step is conducted according to protocol.
- Coordinate actions with several stakeholders to ensure excellent service is provided to customers while maintaining a high level of satisfaction of Software Engineers.
What we are looking for:
Mandatory:
- 4+ years of formal working experience in HR.
- Experience or natural skills to conduct negotiation calls.
- Ability to build proposals and close deals with Developers.
- Upper Intermediate+ English level.
Desirable:
- Experience in people, culture, talent or training.
- 1+ years working in any customer service area/company.
- HRBP experience.
- Experience with the IT industry.
- Spanish and Portuguese language skills.
