Genuine School is a K-12 online school founded as a startup, with over 500 students from Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico—and growing every day. We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who is passionate about turning data into strategic insights that drive impact. This role is essential to help us understand performance, measure satisfaction, and continuously improve our academic and operational processes.
You're our perfect candidate IF:
You hold a degree in Graphic Design and knowledge in UI-UX design.
You are fluent in English and Spanish (C1); Portuguese is a strong plus.
You have at least 2 years of experience in design roles, preferably in fast-paced, creative environments.
You have strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
You are experienced in using Figma for web design and collaboration.
You are familiar with Sketch, and working with Google Suite is a plus.
You have excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as needed.
You have a creative mindset and are passionate about educational innovation and meaningful design
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain the main website and landing pages, ensuring visual consistency and a strong user experience.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to deliver impactful visual content across social media, paid media, and internal publications.
Supervise and provide design direction for other visual content within the brand.
Create and manage a library of graphic assets in different languages to support fast-moving campaigns.
Contribute to the continuous development of our branding guidelines, maintaining visual coherence and innovation.
Stay open and flexible to new responsibilities and evolving needs in a highly dynamic digital environment.
