Position: Video Call Representative (Not Customer Service)
Job Overview:
You will host the legal hearings (depositions). You will ensure that there are no technical glitches and that the video call is recorded correctly and smoothly. You will not be part of the judicial process, you will only be an observer, you will help with technical problems and that the hearing follows the established rules and norms.
Work Setup: Onsite- Av. Carrera 19 100-45 WeWork
Schedule: Monday to Friday 42 hours per week (office hours)
Compensation:
Base salary: $2,900,000
Food allowance: $130,000
Performance bonuses: Up to 15% ($435,000)
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage Zoom meetings for legal depositions
Troubleshoot technical issues in real time
Enforce compliance and rules
Maintain professionalism during long sessions
Requirements:
C1/C2 English proficiency ADVANCED
Experience and proficiency with Zoom (Teams, Google Meet, or any other software experience and expertise is valid as well)
Background in tech support, virtual events, or legal settings preferred
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail
