Position: Video Call Representative (Not Customer Service)
Job Overview:
You will host the legal hearings (depositions). You will ensure that there are no technical glitches and that the video call is recorded correctly and smoothly. You will not be part of the judicial process, you will only be an observer, you will help with technical problems and that the hearing follows the established rules and norms.
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday 42 hours per week (office hours) (Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm)
Compensation:
Base salary: $2,900,000
Food allowance: $130,000
Performance bonuses: Up to 15% ($435,000)
Requirements:
C1 English level (mandatory).
Experience in roles involving monitoring or managing people. (example: teacher, workshop leader, host and event organizer, account executive, coach, lecturer, moderator, etc.)
Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
PLUS: Knowledge of U.S. legal procedures (not mandatory)

Capable of assisting participants with technical issues via live chat or voice before and during video conferences.
