Job Description:   As a Customer Service Representative at Sephora, you will be the heartbeat of the client experience. Guided by Sephoras Passion for People, youll provide real-time support via chat, assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general assistance. Your communication finesse, upbeat attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction will help build lasting relationships with valued clients.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via chat (product purchases, service quality, order status, general support)
Deliver high-quality service that meets or exceeds customer satisfaction standards
Stay updated on Sephoras products, policies, and industry trends
Collaborate with Quality Advocates and Trainers to meet performance goals
Maintain open communication with Team Leads and Managers
Use chat templates for consistent and efficient communication
Document all client interactions accurately in the CSC database
Adhere to schedules and deadlines with punctuality and reliability
Meet and strive to exceed KPIs set by management
Respect vacation blackout periods during holidays and promotional events
Be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service
French level B2-C1
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems
Team player with a growth mindset
