You’ll be the main point of contact for new merchants, guiding them from sign-up to fully using our point-of-sale lending platform. Your role is to answer questions, provide training, and ensure they feel confident integrating it into their sales process. Once they’re up and running, you’ll hand the account over to a Strategic Account Manager for ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
- Train and coach new merchants to drive successful adoption of the lending platform and boost sales at their point of sale.
- Be the main contact for new accounts, scheduling and completing trainings.
- Use proven sales strategies and tools to help merchants integrate the platform effectively.
- Track progress in the CRM, follow up, and complete activation campaigns.
- Support merchants and contribute to other sales-driven initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in Account Management and/or training customers on new products or services.
- Experience in Sales.
- Experience or knowledge in fintech or the financial sector.
