About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev customers, primarily from your own network and/or industry, that are not inbound leads. This is a hunters position.

What Youll Do:

Hunt:

-Build strong, long-lasting relationships with mid-market to enterprise-level clients across all industries, with a primary focus on consumer (retail, logistics, and distribution).
- Establish and maintain business relationships that lead to engagement opportunities
- Present BairesDevs unique value proposition, tailored to the needs of our prospective clients senior executives.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with prospects.

Project Management:

- Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that meet client needs and achieve desired business outcomes.
- Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue goals and business objectives.
- Plan resources, organize, and mobilize teams (including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teams) throughout the complex sales cycle.
- Understand key risks and assist in managing and mitigating them through tactical plans and actions.

We are looking for:

- A sales professional who is passionate about selling technology solutions with
- 5+ years of relevant experience selling professional IT or software services.
- Proven track record of selling technology consulting and services as a logo hunter.
- Proven success in prospecting, nurturing, and closing mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Excellent industry knowledge, including key players, strategies, customer structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends.
- Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach with a focus on initiating and building customer relationships.
- Must have a strong understanding of the software systems and data widely used in the industry.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our prospects.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- A native English speaker or someone who is fluent in both languages.
