About the Assignment
This is a project-based role where you will collaborate with an international team, focusing on coaching and supporting telemarketers to achieve high performance. You will work closely with management to implement strategies, track progress, and provide actionable feedback.
Responsibilities
Train the team in effective techniques for scheduling appointments, handling objections, and advancing sales.
Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions with actionable feedback and progress tracking.
Ensure quality standards are met and scripts are used correctly during calls.
Analyze daily and weekly performance metrics to design strategies that boost productivity.
Motivate the team through positive leadership and a culture of high performance.
Collaborates with management to communicate findings and recommendations professionally.
Requirements
Proven experience in telemarketing or phone sales.
Previous experience as a coach or trainer in high-performance sales environments.
Fluent English, with the ability to hold professional conversations with team members and management.
Strong communication, active listening, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to continuous improvement and talent development.
Reliable internet connection, functional computer, and a quiet, professional environment for remote work.
