Job Description:

As a Tech Support representative, you will be the front-line contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries or issues. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Handle tech support cases for multiple brands related to hardware and software issues, assessing he errors presented by the customer and the viable solutions to resolve the error. While maintaining active and clear communication with all the parties involved.  
Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Software intermediate knowledge.
