You will be representing one of our clients by answering phone and email inquiries. Our client is a top market company and the environment with the customers who call and our client is really pleasant to work with.
The mission of the CSR is to take ownership of the interaction and follow the right processes, to help customers by resolving their questions and complaints by phone, email, chat, with the highest level of satisfaction.
What do we require?
Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in call center operations (preferably in customer service or U.S. financial lines).
Knowledge of operational metrics management, reporting, and performance analysis.
Experience leading on-site teams.
Advanced communication skills, empathy, and conflict resolution.
High level of English (C1).
Proficiency in monitoring tools, Excel, and CRM systems.
Availability Monday through Saturday.
