We are looking for the best talent to identify, engage, and guide top talent to support current and future hiring needs. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, talent market dynamics, and how hiring priorities connect to broader business objectives.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand business needs and subsequent talent needs.
Formulate and execute sourcing strategies to efficiently identify, attract, and engage diverse talent for current and future hiring needs to achieve corporate-level SLAs.
Compose persuasive outreach messages to effectively engage passive candidates and encourage them to apply for positions.
Oversee the entire inbound applicant-to-candidate conversion process, from reviewing resumes to conducting initial screens to submitting qualified candidates to recruiter for interview.
Assess candidate interests, motivations, skills, and competencies through resume reviews and initial screens, aligning them with role requirements.
Serve as a Talent Guide for candidates exploring opportunities, offering advice on alternative roles based on their experience and proactively mapping and tracking common roles within the organization.
Learn and understand high level strategy and search requirements at a high level, translating candidates experiences to support business needs.
Provide talent market insights to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Track and report productivity metrics to Recruiting Managers including volume and quality of submissions and hires.
Coordinate candidate and hiring team availability to design efficient interview schedules balancing both candidate and interviewer experience.
Coordinate candidate travel logistics and reimbursements.
Create and maintain job requisitions, job postings, and offer letters using applicant tracking system.
Provide additional administrative support as appropriate.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced, highgrowth environment.
Experience with the US market is a plus.
Proficient in written and verbal English, demonstrating a balanced blend of professionalism and friendliness.
Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and has strong organizational and prioritization skills. High accountability, ownership and follow-through.
Exhibit an experience-focused mindset by consistently delivering exceptional customer, candidate, and/or employee experiences.
Positive attitude with a collaborative approach, ability to remain flexible and resilient in a fastpaced, ever-changing environment.
Comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization.
Ability to learn and use the following tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.
