At TRS Corporation, we’re always looking to strengthen our organization by bringing in the best talent. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source, attract, screen, and hire top candidates across various roles in the company and its clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Computrabajo, Indeed, Career Builder and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or any related field.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and - assessment methods
- Experience with CRMs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience recruiting employees in the USA is a PLUS.
