Quility Services LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our Bogotá team. This role involves direct communication with agents and clients via chat and ticketing systems, supporting their needs across various insurance technology platforms.
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming support tickets and chats, providing first-line assistance to agents.
Research and resolve platform-related questions and general support inquiries.
Troubleshoot or escalate Level 1 issues as needed.
Draft professional business communications, both written and verbal.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tools and processes through continuous learning.
Ensure a high level of service through extensive chat-based support.
