About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Data Scientist to turn data into actionable strategiesespecially in the fields of market research, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
In this role, youll work with diverse teams to solve business-critical challenges, automate processes, and elevate our decision-making through rigorous data science.
What Youll Do
Develop and deploy predictive & prescriptive models to support strategic planning
Automate end-to-end data processes, from cleaning to visualization
Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights
Integrate data science into cross-functional business processes
Ensure data quality and integrity across all models and tools
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
You Bring
Specialization or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data science, market research, or statistical modeling
Proficient in Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Solid foundation in statistical techniques (regression, clustering, experimental design, etc.)
English level B2 or higher able to communicate effectively in technical and business contexts
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow), MLOps tools, and agile teams
Bonus Points For:
Experience in FMCG, retail, or financial services
Hands-on skills in conjoint analysis, SEM, MaxDiff, or advanced survey analytics
Familiarity with Qualtrics, SPSS, or Sawtooth Software
Certifications like Google Data Engineer, AWS ML Specialty, or ESOMAR
