AB Consulting GSS Inc. is looking for a remote recruiter. This position will assist with the recruiting functionalities such as candidate search, candidate screening and scheduling interviews with the purpose of hiring contract project engineers/Project Superintendent (electrical, mechanical, civil), project managers, automation engineers and other technical roles for capital projects. Most open positions are in the U.S. with a remaining portion being overseas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Candidate search:
o Analize provided technical job description and requirement to:
 Identify the criteria/qualifications needed
 Prepare inMail and email templates to be used to contact passive
candidates.
 Identify and propose strategies to search passive candidates in
LinkedIn Recruiter
 Identify list of keywords and create keyword searchers using
boolean logic to find potential candidates in LinkedIn.
o Source passive candidates from Job Boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
o Post jobs in job portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
o Source passive candidates from our own database (Tracker CRM).
o Keep continue and professional communication with candidates who are
interested or not in the job.
 Candidate screening:
o Reviewing resumes and candidates’ profile based on qualification/criteria
previously defined.
o Screening candidates through phone calls and/or e-mails/inMails.
o Shortlist candidates to ensure they meet the job description and all
requirements for the role before presenting them to us.
o Backgrounds: Contact candidate references.
o Backgrounds: Coordinate criminal background check with AB Consulting’s
existing vendors.
 Maintain resume database: keep centralized candidate database up to date
throughout the recruiting process in the ATS system (Tracker CRM).
 Schedule and confirm interviews.
 Support candidate selection and offer processes.
 Source and contact passive candidates to enrich AB Consulting GSS’s database
during slow periods (i.e., months with zero or 1 open jobs/positions).
 Prepare weekly and quarterly professional reports such as recruiting KPIs,
candidate feedback’s log, candidate survey analysis, etc.
 Send, follow up and analyze candidate surveys.
 Ensure candidates who were interviewed and presented to the client are
continually communicated about the status of the process.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Ability to read/speak/write fluently in English (advanced or native level).
 4+ years of experience in recruiting for U.S. job positions.
 Experience recruiting project engineers to oversee capital projects is preferred.
 Experience using ATS or CRM recruiting systems is desired.
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (excel, word, Outlook, etc.).
 Strong work ethic.
 Have strong communication skills (speaking and writing)
 Be professional.
 Highly motivated.
 Strong attention to detail and an interest in accuracy.
 Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet
deadlines.
