Location: All Solvo sites in Colombia
Expected Start Date: August 18th, 2025
Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday (EST time zone)
What will you do in this role?
Handle customer calls and coordinate service requests
Schedule daily caregiver activities based on compatibility and availability
Communicate in real-time with internal and external teams
Process referrals and ensure accurate registration
Build strong relationships with clients and caregivers
Key Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience
Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) B2+ level REQUIRED
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
Proficiency with office software and scheduling platforms
Ability to multitask and work under pressure with empathy
