JOB OFFER – SOLAR PROGRAM REPRESENTATIVE
If you have experience in solar, sales, or customer service with perfect English, you might be the right fit for our team!
We’re ProSave—on paper, we’re a sales organization, but in reality, we don’t sell anything. Instead, we help people in the U.S. who are overpaying for electricity connect with government programs that provide solar panels at no upfront cost, helping them lower their power bills without them making any investments.
Not everyone is open to the idea, so not every conversation will be a win—we understand that. However, we’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to earn commissions ranging from $20 to $50 per deal, or more depending on performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•\tEngage with potential beneficiaries and determine their interest.
•\tAsk 3-4 qualifying questions to see if they meet the program criteria.
•\tIf they qualify, transfer them to our appointment-setting team.
SALARY & BONUSES:
Base Salary: $5/hour
•\t40 hours/week: $800/month
•\t45 hours/week: $900/month
Bonuses:
•\t$20 per closed deal you were a part of (we’ll discuss details with you).
•\t$40 per completed solar project you were a part of (we’ll chat about this too).
The more calls you transfer, the more you can earn! Expectation: Transfer 15-20 qualified calls per day minimum.
REQUIREMENTS
Equipment:
•\tA computer or laptop with an Intel Core i5 processor and at least 8GB of RAM.
•\tNoise-canceling headphones.
•\tInternet speed of 100 Mbps or higher (Check at fast.com and send a screenshot).
Availability:
•\tMust be able to work at least 40 hours per week.
•\tExperience in solar, sales, or customer service with perfect English is required.
