About the Role
Were looking for a talented Software Engineer to support our internal software platform and contribute to ongoing projects and automation initiatives. This role combines hands-on application support, SQL expertise, and the development of automated solutions that improve operational efficiency and ensure high system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level technical support for our proprietary software.
Design, develop, and maintain process automations using tools such as Python, C, or VBA.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval, analysis, and performance improvement.
Diagnose and resolve software incidents quickly and effectively.
Participate in internal projects, helping enhance features and stability.
Ensure high availability, security, and performance of applications.
Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.
Requirements
Fluent English (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in software development and application support.
Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Experience with Python, C, or VBA for automation and scripting.
Experience supporting users and resolving software-related issues.
Familiarity with MSSQL and database architecture.
Desirable: experience with Azure, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Education
Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical certifications (SQL, Python, Azure, etc.) are a plus.
