Service Desk Specialist Bogotá, Colombia
Are you passionate about providing top-quality IT support and improving user experience? Join our team to lead Service Desk operations, formalize SLAs/OLAs, and launch a self-service portal and knowledge base to boost first-contact resolution.
Location: On-site near Torres NorthPoint, Bogotá
Contract: Permanent (contrato a término indefinido)
Language: Advanced English required
What you bring:
3+ years in Service Desk / IT Support using ITIL practices.
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (Jira SM, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Zendesk).
Strong troubleshooting across Windows/macOS, M365, and networking.
Excellent communication (English/Spanish) and customer focus.
ITIL certification or automation skills (PowerShell/Python) are a plus.
