Senior Sales Professional – Business & First Class Travel Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
Sell Business and First-Class flights while delivering an unmatched customer experience.
Manage inbound leads efficiently and qualify prospects based on itinerary, budget, and travel frequency.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Follow up on inquiries with precision, providing detailed pricing and itinerary recommendations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective relationship management and negotiation.
Utilize CRM and sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in consultative, high-value, or service-based sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and sales management tools.
A passion for sales and a commitment to providing top-tier service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in luxury travel sales or high-end service industries is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Sales management or leadership experience is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits – $400-$600 Guaranteed Salary + Uncapped Commission!

-Guaranteed Base Salary: $400 - $600 per month (based on experience)

Work Schedule – We Are Hiring for Two Shifts:
We are currently filling two different full-time schedule options:
Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (New York Time).
Saturday – Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (New York Time).
Candidates must be available to work one of these two schedules as per company requirements.
