Senior Programmatic Media Trader/Buyer
Location: Remote, Columbia (U.S. Hours – Arizona PST)
Compensation: $3,000 USD per month
About the Role:
This is a career-defining long-term opportunity to embed directly inside a top U.S. advertising agency. You’ll be the one behind the controls: building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across major DSPs for high-profile clients.

What You Will Do:
- Build, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk, DV360, and Basis
- Execute bid strategies, audience targeting, pacing, and creative optimizations
- Monitor performance against strict KPIs and deliver on-point reporting
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure flawless execution
- Collaborate in real time with U.S. media teams (Arizona hours)
- Bring proactive ideas to improve campaign performance and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years hands-on DSP campaign management (Trade Desk, DV360, Basis)
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple accounts and budgets
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – client-facing communication required
- Campaign portfolio or certification proof (applications without proof will not be considered)
- Professional, self-starter mindset in a fast-paced agency environment
