Senior Graphic Designer – Honcho Pickleball League
About Honcho

Honcho Pickleball League is the largest amateur pickleball league in the United States. Our mission is to build the country’s most valuable pickleball community by offering innovative, high-quality, and inclusive experiences, products, and services.

Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in the U.S., and Honcho is at the center of the movement. Through national leagues, tournaments, and events, we’re creating not just a sports league, but a cultural community.

The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with C2/C3 level English fluency to join our international marketing team. This is a remote role (based in Colombia, ideally Bogotá) that focuses on creating high-impact digital graphics across multiple channels.

You will not be expected to take photographs, create videos, or manage social media calendars. Instead, your focus will be on design execution — building assets for paid campaigns, email marketing, social media, website content, event promotions, and decks.

You’ll work with a steady flow of user-generated content (UGC), ambassador submissions, and professional photo/video assets, transforming them into polished, eye-catching designs that capture Honcho’s bold, playful, community-driven identity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Across Channels: Create graphics for paid ads, email campaigns, social posts, website banners, sponsorship decks, and event promotions.

2. Leverage Content Assets: Work with UGC, ambassador content, and professional photos/videos to produce polished, on-brand creative.

3. Brand Consistency: Apply Honcho’s brand book and use established Figma templates while also developing new visual concepts that keep the brand fresh and bold.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Social Media Coordinator while also supporting requests from sponsorship, events, and operations teams.

5. Performance-Oriented Design: Translate marketing briefs into creative that doesn’t just look good — it drives clicks, conversions, and engagement.

6. Innovation & Adaptability: Keep Honcho visually relevant by adapting campaigns to current design and sports-culture trends.

Requirements:
-Advanced English proficiency (C2 or C3) — written and spoken, required for daily collaboration with a U.S.-based team.
-5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with sports, lifestyle, or community-oriented brands.
-Strong portfolio showcasing bold, creative, community-driven design.
-Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and related tools.
-Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent eye for typography, layout, and brand storytelling.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:
-Motion graphics or light animation experience.
-Familiarity with creative best practices for paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google).
-Experience adapting creative across multiple platforms and formats.

Role Details:
-Location: Remote (Colombia – Bogotá preferred).
-Schedule: Full-time.
-Compensation: Competitive for Colombian market, commensurate with experience.
