Compensation: COP $2,800,000
We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Scheduler to manage the daily and weekly schedules of our caregiving staff. This role is essential to ensuring clients receive timely and consistent care by coordinating assignments and matching caregivers to client needs based on availability, location, and compatibility.
Responsabilities:
Create and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure proper coverage
Coordinate shift changes, call-offs, and urgent scheduling needs
Communicate scheduling updates to caregivers and clients
Match caregivers to clients based on location, skills, and care requirements
Maintain accurate records of availability, time off, and certifications
Collaborate with the care management team for quality service delivery
Handle conflicts or emergencies in scheduling promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
6 + months of experience as an scheduler
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Strong organizational abilities
Proactive mindset and adaptability
Clear written and verbal communication
Team-oriented with high levels of discretion
