Sales Campaign - Phone Line for a Telecom Company
What you need:
Education Level: High school diploma.
Language: English B2+ or higher.
Residence: Living in Bogotá (with or without Call Center experience).

Your Takeoff: Training and Unique Benefits
Paid Training (35 days with special schedules):
Training: 25 days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. 2 days off.
Nesting: 10 days, Friday to Monday, with 3 days off (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). The schedule is from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Operational Schedule:
Friday to Monday, from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Days Off: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Additional Benefits:
Night Surcharges: Applied from 9:00 PM onwards.
Transportation Service: Available after 9:30 PM.
